Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld and Corporate Gifts Show 2019: Innovation, utility and business

Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld 2019, Corporate Gifts Show and Houseware & Kitchenware Show, successfully built a strong networking platform with 272 exhibitors and attracted 12,287 business visitors. Busy aisles, exclusive innovation zone and strong support from the industry were some of the important talk points of the four day event.

The creative and ingenious mergers of three booming sectors came together for the fourth edition of Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld 2019, Corporate Gifts Show and Houseware & Kitchenware Show. The co-located shows hosted 272 exhibitors and welcomed 12,287 visitors during the course of its four days and amidst them showed some of the biggest brands names and unique product displays.

The shows were inaugurated by some of the leading associations and companies signifying the strong support received from the whole industry. One of the exhibitors and platinum partner of Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld 2019, Mr Ketan Rajani, Director, Doms Industries Pvt Ltd shared: “This is our fourth year at the show and we can clearly see that Messe Frankfurt India’s involvement has generated a lot of footfall. We have received a very good response from the western, southern and northern regions and the association with Messe Frankfurt India has also attracted a lot of foreign delegates and investors. I am thankful to the organisers for giving the buyers and exhibitors this opportunity.”

Sharing similar sentiments, an elated Mr Manoj Lodaya, CEO, Great Global Pvt Ltd - Anchor Group said: “Our experience at this show has been excellent as we have got visitors from all over India and some overseas companies. We feel that this is the best show that is being organised for the stationery sector in India.”

The ‘Innovation Zone’ proved to be a hit. The special zone was created as a one stop destination to know about the innovative and unique products exhibited at the show. These products not only exceeded in the technologies used but also encouraged optimum usage. After looking at the innovations showcased, visitors were pouring in the fair halls with enquires which then led them directly to the exhibitor booths. Some of the products and innovations displayed at the zone were:

  3. Tree free, world’s first chemical free tissues made of bamboo pulp by Grob Pvt Ltd
  4. Apsara Matt Magic pencils, colour pencils that can be erased and left-handed sharpers from Hindustan Pencils Pvt Ltd
  5. One touch folders with innovative designs for better grip by Solo Stationery 
  6. Vacuum insulated bottles that traps heat and is rust free by BeHome 

The exhibitors were occupied with serious business meetings as they witnessed a constant surge in the visitor flow. Visitors were enthralled with the wide range of innovations available, all under one roof, making it easy for them to take cost-efficient decisions.                                                                                                                                                                              Ms Poonam Sugand, Senior Product Manager, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd shared: “I have come here to visit the corporate gifting section and had a chance to visit stalls like Esbeda, Crafts Enterprises and Big Imports. This platform gives brand managers a one stop destination to identify new items for our campaign plans and brand building strategies. The organisers have done an excellent job with many beautiful booths and innovative activities.”

Another visitor, Mr Noel Fernandes, Corporate Purchase Manager, Fariyas Hotel said: “I am attending the Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld for the first time. The number of products that each exhibitor has showcased has surprised me. There were many new and international products that I was not aware of, but visiting this show has broadened my knowledge and also given me better choices for products both from domestic and international companies.”

Organised for the first time under the Messe Frankfurt umbrella together with Netlinks Solutions (India) Ltd, the shows were lauded for the variety displayed in all the sectors, planning and overall organisation of the shows. The next edition of Stationery & Write Show presented by Paperworld will be held from 21 to 23 February 2019.
